Rick is an experienced member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). He trained in acupuncture at the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) and has degrees in Oriental Medicine from Brighton University and Social Science from Edinburgh University. He practices traditional Five-Element (Stems and Branches) acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Rick has experience in using acupuncture to treat a wide variety of symptoms and has worked in natural health since 1996. He has specialised experience in the use of acupuncture to increase male and female fertility, during infertility treatment and throughout pregnancy. He is a frequent writer of health articles, was a columnist for Insight magazine and a BAcC representative for local radio.

He has general acupuncture clinics in Brighton & Hove and Lewes and works as an acupuncture consultant within the Agora Gynaecology and Fertility Centre in Hove, East Sussex.
